Customer Success Stories and Testimonials
In a challenging economic climate, it’s important to keep your marketing efforts going and attract new customers. At the same time, you want to be conservative with your spending. To help support your business development and control costs, we offer deliverables that are effective and inexpensive. Washburn Communication has many years of experience in creating highly credible customer evidence that makes a strong case for your business.
Success Story Development
A short, well-written success story can have the same business-driving effect as a case study—but without demanding much time and energy from the reader. We have a call with you to learn about your value proposition and intent for the success story. Then we interview your customer and develop a brief, written summary of the customer experience and benefits, with up to three customer quotes. Once you review, we incorporate your feedback and comments. You take care of the customer review and permission to publish. The deliverable will be a simple Word document of one page or up to 400 words, without any design or layout. Cost: $850.
Success Story Audio Testimonial Production
An audio testimony shares the real voice and words of the customer on your behalf. Feel free to review some of our audio and multimedia samples. Based on a short, recorded interview with your customer, we prepare a podcast (up to 5 minutes) with highlights of the customer experience. The podcast will also feature a brief voiceover to introduce your company. In a call with you, we get your direction for the customer interview and gather the most noteworthy facts about your company. You handle the customer review and obtain the customer’s agreement to publish. The deliverable will be an MP3 or Wave audio file. Music licensing is not included in our fee. Cost: $575.
