Dixie began her career at Boeing and Microsoft, writing, editing, and working with publications teams of all sorts. She joined Washburn in 2001 as a business partner and worked with Dale to grow the business beyond his freelance practice. As vice president, she focuses on implementing the practices that guarantee the team delivers consistently excellent communications:

When she’s not at the office, she enjoys traveling with her family and cooking with delicious Northwest ingredients.
