We’re looking for a gifted writer who can support our clients with sophisticated, compelling marketing materials that address technical business concerns and resonate with technical decision makers. You’ll need to be quick to learn and understand our clients’ complex technologies, and be comfortable with longer, detailed deliverables. Your role is essential to our clients’ ability to demonstrate the value of technology to demanding audiences. You should enjoy direct client interaction. You’ll report to the Writing Manager and will work closely with other writers, editors, and account managers. Competitive salary, based on experience, plus excellent benefits.

Requirements:

• BA or BS in technical communications, English, or similar
• 4–6 years professional writing experience in a business-technical environment
• Familiarity with current and emerging software, hardware, and networking technologies
• Ability to work on deadline within a client-focused, quality-driven team
• Creativity in developing innovative approaches to presenting technical content in the most effective way
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Collaborative experience ideal
